One of the things I love most about living in the city is the sense of community in our living spaces. When we moved into our first home, we fell instantly in love with our upstairs neighbors, but the downstairs situation left much to be desired. It seemed monthly that a Uhaul would pull in with new tenants as the unit was a revolving door. So when Whitney came around with an inspector during the process of buying the condo, my husband and I ran outside to meet her. We had met some crazies and were on a mission to protect our turf. And then, something magical happened. Whitney was really nice. And smart. And gorgeous. And totally normal. And then we started crossing our fingers that she would buy! And she did! At our first condo meeting, we found out just how relaxed and easy going Whitney was and that her boyfriend Dan would soon be moving in. (And I, having never met Dan, started referring to him as “The Dan-slice” instead of my usual funny of “The Man-slice”.) And in their moments of packing boxes, driving a Uhaul from the Midwest and new beginnings, Dan proposed. Once Dan got here, we were all excited to meet him and I could not be more blessed by the people who are my neighbors. Our home just plain rocks and is now complete with a puppy to love! Lucy is Whitney & Dan’s adorable new pup and she made her modeling debut for their Engagement Session. After a few moments with Miss Lucy, we headed to the Boston Public Garden for their Engagement Session where we enjoyed colors that make New England a gem during the Fall season. Love these guys and these gorgeous photographs!
